HeyJess is an AI-powered design tool operated by DanceOnVibes ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website, apps, and services, and how we use it.

Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up (email magic link or Google sign-in).

Content you create: design specifications, prompts, uploaded images and screenshots you paste or drop into the editor, brand information (websites, colors, fonts), and saved designs and version history.

Usage data: AI credit balance and consumption, subscription plan status, and basic interaction events needed to operate the service.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only store your plan status and Stripe customer identifiers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and diagnostics.

We use your data to: provide and improve the design editor; generate AI designs, copy, and images on your behalf; save and sync your designs across sessions; manage your subscription and credit balance; prevent abuse; and communicate essential service updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private designs to train AI models.

Prompts, images, and design content you submit are sent to AI model providers (including Google Gemini and OpenAI) solely to fulfill your request. These providers process data under their own data-processing terms. Do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers, and Stripe for payments. We may disclose data if required by law.

We keep your account and designs while your account is active. You can delete individual designs at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below — we will erase your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Depending on your location (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

HeyJess is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level access controls on our database, and scoped API credentials. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard measures.
