Terms of Service

HeyJess is an AI-assisted design tool provided by DanceOnVibes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use HeyJess. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Free accounts include a monthly allotment of AI generation credits that resets every 30 days and does not roll over. Paid subscriptions (Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) or, where offered, through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account reverts to the free tier. Except where required by law or by app store policy, payments are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, of the designs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate the service.

AI-generated output may be similar to output generated for other users and is provided without warranty of uniqueness. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law (including trademark, publicity, and copyright rules in your jurisdiction).

You agree not to use HeyJess to: generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive content; infringe intellectual-property rights; create sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consensual imagery; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service or its AI providers; or evade credit limits or access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The HeyJess name, logo, and the service's software and design are the property of DanceOnVibes. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or code.

If you access HeyJess through an app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following applies:

Apple: These terms are between you and DanceOnVibes only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no warranty obligation; in the event of any failure to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price where applicable. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer-protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

Google Play: Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and refunds for such purchases are governed by Google Play's refund policies.

In-app purchases and subscriptions made through either store are billed and managed by that store; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanceOnVibes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing).

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for abuse, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms; continued use after notice of a material change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
