Acceptable Use & Content Rules

Make honest marketing for a business you are allowed to represent, using material you have the rights to, and check it before it goes out. Everything below follows from that.

Do not use HeyJess.art to create, publish or distribute:

• unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading advertising;
• material that infringes copyright, trademark, design, privacy or publicity rights, or any other right belonging to someone else;
• impersonation of a person, business or public body, or a false endorsement, partnership or review;
• harassing, hateful, abusive, exploitative or discriminatory content;
• sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises or exploits a child;
• content that seeks to facilitate serious violence, dangerous wrongdoing or illegal activity;
• malware, phishing, scams or deceptive links;
• processing of sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and the permission of the people concerned.

You are the advertiser. Before you publish anything made here, check that claims, prices, discounts, dates, availability, promotions and calls to action are accurate and that you can honour them.

You must also comply with advertising, consumer-protection, sector and local-law requirements that apply to you, and with the rules of any platform you post on. HeyJess does not check any of this for you.

Do not put health details, financial account details, government identifiers or other highly sensitive personal information into prompts or uploads. Do not upload a photograph of an identifiable person without their permission.

Do not attempt to circumvent product limits, usage allowances, security controls or access restrictions, or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service or the providers behind it.

Access may be restricted, suspended or ended where these rules are broken, and material may be removed. The exact enforcement process, notice and appeal route are pending legal review before public launch.
