AI Disclosure

HeyJess.art uses an external AI service to turn your sentence into design ideas, suggested wording and artwork. The layout, type rules and readable text are put together by the app itself; the pictures are generated.

Your prompt, the brief made from it, and any picture you upload or paste are sent to the AI service to answer that one request. Named providers today: Lovable Cloud (application hosting, database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payment checkout and subscription billing), Lovable AI Gateway with Google Gemini models (design, copy and picture generation), Unsplash and Pexels (stock photo search, when you use it).

Do not put health details, card or bank details, government identifiers or anyone else's personal information into a prompt or an upload.

Generated output is not advice — not legal, medical, financial or professional advice of any kind — and is not checked against advertising or consumer rules.

Before you publish anything from here, read it as your customer will and check:

• every claim, price, discount, date and opening time;
• spelling of names, places and products;
• that you can honour any offer shown;
• that no picture implies something untrue about your business;
• that the words are readable at the size people will see them.

We do not use your designs to train our own models — we do not train models. What the external AI providers do with a request under their own terms, and how long they keep it, has not been independently verified by us, so we do not make a promise on their behalf. Details will be published before public launch.

Nothing is published for you. Every design stays editable, you decide what is exported, and no automated decision is made about you. If a generated result is offensive or wrong, you can report it from the design and on the safety page.
