Privacy & Data Rights Requests
A practical guide to asking about your information — and to clearing the work this browser is holding.
Draft policy for legal review before public launch
What you can ask for
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access to personal information held about you, correction of it, deletion of it, information about how it is used, or to object to or withdraw consent for a particular use. You may also be able to complain to a regulator.
Which rights apply, and how they apply, depends on your jurisdiction. That mapping is pending legal review before public launch, and this page does not promise a specific outcome.
Saved work on your own device
Because saved campaigns and brand preferences are held in your browser, that information is largely under your own control: we cannot read it, and we cannot restore it for you. Deleting it is something you can do yourself, immediately, without asking us.
How to delete local saved work
- Delete individual campaigns from your saved campaigns using the remove action on each card.
- If you want everything gone, use your browser's own site-data controls for this site (often under Settings, then Privacy, then Cookies and site data).
- Clearing site data is permanent: local saved work, brand preferences and workflow choices are erased and cannot be recovered. Download anything you want to keep first.
How to make a request
For anything held outside your device — an account email address, support messages, and, where they are in use, payment, hosting or AI provider records — use the form below or write to us.
You can also write to us instead. Requests are read and handled by people, not by an automated tool.

Verification and timing
We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and a jurisdiction-specific process may apply. Response timing is subject to applicable law and to the final policy, which is pending legal review — this page does not set a guaranteed deadline.
